My philosophy: It's up to you to do the work. No one else is going to take care of you mentally or physically, even if they care about you. That's one of the biggest lessons I learned, and it's changed my life for the better. Today, I move better and experience less joint pain than ever before.

Growing up facing issues with anxiety and depression.

I discovered the power of fitness at the age of 14-16. Implementing it as a tool to overcome my personal struggles, I was able to see my life take a positive turn for the better. With time, I came to realize that all the challenges and adversities I had experienced, including an ACL tear and a hip labrum tear, had played a crucial role in shaping who I was and who I am becoming.

I had developed a great passion for the mental aspect of fitness, recognizing it as a powerful tool for personal development, growth, and self-discovery.

My love for health and wellness eventually led me to become a certified professional trainer. Today, as a trainer, I feel immensely fulfilled helping others on their fitness journeys.

Some fun facts about me:

- I enjoy hiking, or even just walking out in the sun working on my tan barefoot on the grass

- My favorite workouts are anything that's a bit unconventional, like focusing on getting strong at a Turkish get up, and anything where I get to pull heavy weight

- On my free time, I love traveling, playing card/board/video games, volunteering for the big brother program, playing with my dog, cooking
